In conjunction with the publication of her book titled “Unafraid: Just Getting Started,” Kari Lake, former Republican candidate for Arizona governor, is raising concerns about a potentially more formidable “cheating machine” that could influence the 2024 election.
According to the Washington Examiner, Lake, who experienced an unforeseen loss in the 2022 election, believes that malicious entities are plotting to hinder both Donald Trump and herself in the forthcoming 2024 elections.
Lake, who still disputes the outcome of her defeat, recently shared a report highlighting a significant discrepancy in voter numbers on Tuesday.
Weāve been telling everyone this.

Trump won.
Lake won. https://t.co/aLeoWSYZH0
During a recent interview, Lake revealed that she initially had no intention of reentering the political arena following her loss. However, her decision was influenced by what she perceived as a questionable financial offer to dissuade her from running in the 2024 Arizona Senate race.
Inspired by her political mentor, former President Donald Trump, and the prospect of appearing on the ballot alongside him, Lake felt compelled to reconsider her stance.
Lake argues that her and Trump’s joint presence on the 2024 ballot would likely lead to increased efforts by her adversaries to employ alleged dishonest tactics, similar to what she believes occurred in the 2020 and 2022 elections.
In her recently published book, “Unafraid: Just Getting Started,” Lake details these instances, recounting her experiences of perceived electoral fraud by Democrats during her campaign.
Anticipating heightened challenges and legal hurdles aimed at preventing both her and Trump from appearing on the 2024 ballot, Lake remains steadfast in her determination to confront these adversities. She maintains faith that populist candidates like herself will pose a strong challenge to any alleged underhanded tactics employed by the opposition.
In the foreword of Lake’s book, Trump praised her resilience and emphasized the importance of winning to save the nation from what he perceives as its decline. The former president expressed solidarity with Lake, condemning her election loss as “highway robbery.”
As an avid supporter of Trump, Lake has been critical of his loss in the 2020 election and the allegations surrounding his involvement in hush money payments. She argues that Trump’s legal battles are a desperate attempt to undermine his 2024 campaign. Lake dismisses the allegations as outrageous and politically motivated, likening the prosecution of political opponents to actions seen in third-world countries.
Amid speculation about her potential pursuit of the vice presidential position to offset her defeat in Arizona, Vanity Fair reports that Lake has been spending significant time at Trump’s residence, Mar-a-Lago.
