Exclusive: Hungarian Foreign Minister Foresees Trump Presidency Leading to a Global “New World Order” Characterized by Peace and Stability

The upcoming election demands President Trump’s victory, asserts Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó, emphasizing the necessity of a robust American leader for global stability and security. Szijjártó contends that the conflict in Ukraine cannot find resolution through military means, suggesting Trump’s potential for peace mediation between the parties.

Szijjártó criticizes President Joe Biden’s perceived international weakness and advocacy for a Palestinian state, alongside the European Union’s alleged hypocrisy concerning Israel. He stresses the crucial need for Hamas’s defeat to maintain global stability.

During an exclusive interview with Breitbart News in Palm Beach, Florida, Szijjártó delves into global geopolitical dynamics and envisions collaboration with Trump in the international arena.

This interview coincides with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and the Hungarian Foreign Minister’s visit to Mar-a-Lago, where they met with the former president. President Biden’s criticism of Orbán’s visit, accusing him of seeking dictatorship, adds to the political tension.

It was a pleasure to visit President @realDonaldTrump today. We need leaders in the world who are respected and can bring peace. He is one of them! Come back and bring us peace, Mr. President! pic.twitter.com/rbCYvygzNy

According to a recent poll conducted by The New York Times, Trump, who praised Orbán as a “Great Leader” for safeguarding his nation, currently holds a four-point lead over Biden. This suggests a decrease in Biden’s popularity leading up to the 2024 presidential elections.

It was an honor having Viktor Orbán and his lovely daughter, Flóra, as my guests last night at Mar-a-Lago.

Viktor is a Great Leader, respected all over the World.

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine demands a non-military solution, emphasized by Szijjártó, citing the profound humanitarian consequences:

“Living near the conflict for over two years, we’ve witnessed tragic outcomes. Over a million refugees arrived in Hungary, with millions more fleeing Ukraine. Families are torn apart, and casualties number in the hundreds of thousands. More than 1,500 Ukrainian schools and kindergartens now host displaced children,” Szijjártó stated.

He stressed the inefficacy of military resolution: “There’s no battlefield solution. Continuing the conflict only leads to more casualties and destruction. To mitigate this, we must end the war.”

Szijjártó believes Trump’s presidency offers hope for negotiations and peace: “Without President Trump, the war will persist, resulting in further casualties and destruction. We’re hopeful that Trump’s victory will pave the way for peace.”

He criticized the legal challenges against Trump as biased: “Conservative politicians often face undue legal and political scrutiny, while liberals enjoy leniency.”

Regarding Israel’s conflict with Gaza, Szijjártó accused the EU of hypocrisy: “The EU’s double standards toward Israel are evident.”

He called for practical solutions over political agendas, citing the success of the Abraham Accords: “Practical initiatives should precede political solutions.”

Szijjártó underscored the importance of US leadership for global stability: “Strong American leadership fosters global security and stability.”

On trade, he highlighted Hungary’s openness and economic success: “Hungary seeks free and fair trade and opposes trade barriers.”

In summary, Szijjártó emphasized the need for peaceful resolutions to conflicts and praised Trump’s potential role in achieving them.
