Former President Donald Trump’s visit to Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh for the Steelers’ game against the New York Jets was confirmed on Saturday by team spokesman Burt Lauten.
“We encourage fans to arrive early to the parking lots and to the gates so that they can enjoy our pregame experience and our celebrations throughout the game that will honor the 50th anniversary of our Super Bowl IX team,” Lauten said in a statement on X (formerly Twitter).

Before the game, Trump made a stop at a Pennsylvania McDonald’s, where he spent time at the fry station and handed out orders in the drive-thru.
Pennsylvania, a key battleground state with the most Electoral College votes, has recently been visited by both Trump and Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris, as both campaigns gear up for the 2024 election. In 2020, President Joe Biden won the state by less than 70,000 votes, setting up a tight race as the election approaches.
