Trump Reveals Tax Plan Details to Cheering Nevada Rally Crowd

Trump Urges Supreme Court Intervention Before Sentencing

President Donald Trump took the stage at a Nevada rally on Saturday with bold plans for his administration, highlighting key promises he aims to fulfill in his second term. Speaking to a crowd of supporters, he emphasized swift action already taken through executive orders aimed at reversing what he described as the failures of the previous administration.

He announced the signing of nearly 350 executive actions, focusing on securing the southern border. These include resuming construction of the border wall, reinstating the “Remain in Mexico” policy, ending the use of the CBP One App, and deploying the military to assist border operations.

“On Day One, I directed every member of my cabinet to marshal all powers at their disposal to defeat inflation,” Trump declared. “I imposed a federal hiring freeze, a regulation freeze, a foreign aid freeze, and created DOGE. I terminated the Green New Scam.”

He reinforced his commitment to campaign promises with the mantra “Promises Made. Promises Kept.”

Trump also outlined ambitious tax reform proposals, including making the Trump tax cuts permanent. He pledged to further reduce taxes and work with Congress to eliminate taxes on tips, a move that would resonate particularly with workers in Nevada’s hospitality industry.

“Near the top of the agenda is to pass a massive tax cut for American workers and families. I’ll be working with Congress to get a bill on my desk to cut taxes and keep my promise for NO TAX ON TIPS!” he proclaimed to thunderous applause.

Another major announcement was halting the hiring of new IRS agents. Trump suggested either terminating the 87,000 agents approved under the previous administration or reallocating them to border duty.

“How about moving the 87,000 new IRS agents to the border? That’s where we need manpower,” Trump quipped, prompting laughter and cheers from the crowd.

Trump also floated a bolder idea: eliminating federal income tax altogether. While acknowledging the complexities of such a plan, he linked its feasibility to revenues generated through tariff reforms.

“How about just no tax? You know, if the tariffs work out, a thing like that could happen,” he teased, inviting enthusiastic reactions from the audience.

Finally, Trump closed with a characteristic jab at the media and a promise to continue fighting for the country:

“It will be the greatest honor of my life to serve not once, but twice. For the next four years, I will not rest, I will not yield, and together, we will not fail. We will WIN WIN WIN!”

The rally underscored Trump’s focus on bold policy changes and his ability to rally support around them. With sweeping reforms already underway, his early days back in the White House have energized his base while sparking significant debates on key issues like taxation, immigration, and government spending.
