Reports indicate that earlier this year, a prominent neurologist from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center visited President Joe Biden’s personal physician at the White House.
Records originally released by the New York Post reveal that on January 17th, Dr. Kevin Cannard, a specialist in Parkinson’s disease, met with Dr. Kevin O’Connor and two others at the White House residence clinic.
The report also mentioned that the White House visitor logs show Dr. John E. Atwood, a Walter Reed cardiologist, attended the meeting as well. Additionally, the presence of a fourth, unidentified individual was noted. Representative Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) suggested that given O’Connor’s primary role in managing Biden’s health, the meeting likely concerned the President.
Jackson asserted that the focus was probably on Biden, emphasizing that O’Connor’s main duty should be the care of the President and the First Family.
In February, during Biden’s annual physical, O’Connor declared the President to be in good health. This evaluation included a neurological exam that specifically excluded Parkinsonism. On Friday, the White House mentioned that Biden had a follow-up “verbal check-in” with O’Connor after a debate.
Jackson has accused O’Connor of concealing Biden’s health status, pointing to Biden’s debate performance as evidence of a “cognitive disease” and suggesting the President should resign.
Jackson claimed that O’Connor and Jill Biden are involved in a cover-up regarding Biden’s health, describing O’Connor as someone deeply trusted by the Biden family from the start of the administration.
