Rep. Chip Roy Introduces Legislation Enabling Americans to Sue COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturers — Determine if You’re Covered

Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is introducing a new bill aimed at providing additional support and recourse to individuals who have experienced negative effects after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

Under the proposed legislation, American citizens would have the ability to sue vaccine manufacturers for inadequate testing of their products and continued promotion despite knowledge of potential adverse effects.

Named The Let Injured Americans Be Legally Empowered (LIABLE) Act, Rep. Roy describes the bill as an initiative “aimed at removing COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers’ legal protections.”

Presently, manufacturers and healthcare providers are shielded from liability for the distribution, promotion, or administration of COVID-19 vaccines, even in cases where medical evidence indicates a patient has suffered vaccine-related injuries.

This legal protection originates from the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, which “limits liability for the production, development, and distribution of medical countermeasures related to a public health emergency.”

In response to public concerns, the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) was established to aid individuals experiencing adverse reactions to COVID vaccines. However, according to Roy, the CICP has only compensated 11 individuals despite receiving thousands of claims, with an average payout reportedly less than $3000.

And really just how far do you think that will get as the drug companies are paying the Congress Critters

The legislation would render pharmaceutical companies susceptible to civil lawsuits.”

As reported by Fox News Digital: “Under the LIABLE Act, individuals who received vaccines that were inaccurately advertised and mandated by federal mandates will be able to pursue civil litigation for their injuries. These vaccines were granted emergency use authorization unilaterally and did not undergo the standard FDA approval process.”

Roy informed Fox: “Countless Americans were compelled to receive a COVID-19 vaccination out of fear of losing their jobs and based on false assurances. Numerous individuals have suffered adverse effects from the vaccine, yet very few have had the opportunity for redress. Despite nearly 700 million vaccine doses being administered, only a mere 11 injury claims have been compensated to date.”

Many reports have suggested a correlation between COVID-19 vaccines and various health issues, including heart problems, blood clots, strokes, and, in some cases, sudden death.
