Trump was in the White House, and he was President of the United States, I got to be on offense.” She highlighted her ability to fight for her constituents and present solutions to their challenges.

Discussing the shift in the political landscape since the last presidential election, Noem noted that she now finds herself in a perpetual defensive position, consistently pushing back against Progressive initiatives under President Joe Biden.
