All three Minnesota church protestors have been released from federal custody.

A federal magistrate judge ordered the release of William Kelly on Friday, who was arrested for disrupting a St. Paul church service and harassing congregants.

Kelly faces charges of conspiracy to deprive rights, a federal offense, and violating the FACE Act (18 USC 248) in connection with the St. Paul church riots. He was taken into custody while wearing his distinctive “F*ck Trump” beanie.

Magistrate Shannon Elkins stated there was no justification for pretrial detention.

UPDATE: Magistrate Judge Shannon Elkins has ordered the release of William Kelly, the third individual arrested during the anti-ICE protest at a church in Minnesota. A high-ranking DOJ official labeled him a ‘domestic terrorist,’ but the judge found no grounds for pretrial detention. Additional stay requests were denied.

Kelly, known for his leftist activism, interrupted a service at Cities Church while being livestreamed by Don Lemon, confronting parishioners and shouting at the pastor. He likened his actions to Jesus overturning tables in the Temple, causing distress among worshippers and children.

After the incident, Kelly taunted Pam Bondi, stating, “Yesterday, I went into a church with Nekima Armstrong, and I protested these white supremacists! The pastor of the church is a f*cking ICE leader in the city?! They want to come after me? F*ck em! F*ck those f*cking Nazis! Come and get me, Pam Bondi! You f*cking traitorous b*tch!”

A federal judge also released the other two protestors, Nekima Armstrong and Chauntyll Allen, determining they were not serious flight risks.
