However, there is no proof that the video showing Biden freezing and requiring guidance off the stage by Barack Obama has been tampered with. Similarly, there’s no evidence to suggest that another video, where Biden’s speech is compared to that of a nursing home resident, is false or misleading.
Shortly after Jean-Pierre’s attempt to downplay concerns, another questionable moment surfaced. During an Oval Office meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Biden had yet another incident sparking “Is he okay?” reactions.

What kind of president behaves in such a manner? Despite all the concern over Donald Trump’s conduct and decorum in the past, Biden’s frequent displays of mental decline while demeaning the presidency have become notorious. Far from restoring normality, the president’s behavior reveals him to be irritable and disrespectful. Combined with his evident cognitive decline, it’s a troubling sight.
