Riley Gaines is a true hero! This former swimmer from the University of Kentucky is a genuine 12-time All-American, and she just took to the stage to share her brave story at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) convention in Washington, D. C.
Gaines is most famous for speaking out against the woke mafia when she was forced to compete against a biological male in NCAA events. What’s even more shocking is how far officials were willing to go to promote a far-left agenda, all at the expense of young women like Gaines.
Gaines revealed one event in particular that left her feeling completely violated. She sat on the side of the pool and watched a biological male beat out the most impressive female swimmers of all time. The swimmer in question went on to be nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award!
Can you even imagine? But Gaines’ story gets even worse. She found herself competing against this biological male the next day in a two-hundred yard free. The game ended in a tie, with Gaines and the male swimmer swimming at the exact same time.
But the NCAA officials felt that this was not enough. They made Gaines stand behind the awards podium while the male swimmer was awarded the trophy she worked so hard to win. This was done purely for photo ops. Gaines went home empty-handed while the biological male took the trophy. It’s truly outrageous!
Gaines knows that what she experienced should never happen to any athlete. She says that there is a “systemic eradication of women that is being attempted by the Left, and it’s more than sports”. The Left is changing definitions and terms that are specific to women just to drive their sick agenda.
We need to applaud Riley Gaines for standing up to the Left and defending the integrity of women’s sports. It’s high time we spoke out against this kind of woke nonsense. We need more heroes like Riley Gaines!
