President-elect Donald Trump delivered a fiery and inclusive Thanksgiving message on Thursday via social media.
Fresh off his election victory three weeks ago, Trump, who pledged to be a president for all Americans, extended his holiday wishes to everyone — even the “Radical Left Lunatics.”
“Happy Thanksgiving to all, including to the Radical Left Lunatics who have worked so hard to destroy our Country, but who have miserably failed, and will always fail, because their ideas and policies are so hopelessly bad that the great people of our Nation just gave a landslide victory to those who want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump wrote on Truth Social and X.
“Don’t worry, our Country will soon be respected, productive, fair, and strong, and you will be, more than ever before, proud to be an American!” the Republican president-elect added.
Trump secured victories in all seven battleground states and the Electoral College, while the Republican Party maintained majorities in both the House and Senate.
Trump’s family joined him in spreading Thanksgiving cheer. Donald Trump Jr. reposted his father’s statement on X, adding:
“Legendary. Mean Tweets and soon world peace. We are back. Happy Thanksgiving America.”
Ivanka Trump, the president-elect’s daughter, encouraged her followers on X to reflect on “the intangible gifts we often overlook: health, connection, and the lessons that challenges bring.”
“May we carry this spirit of thankfulness beyond today, finding joy in simplicity and peace in the present moment,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, also chimed in, posting: “Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you all have a blessed day with your families!”
