President Trump has secured another legal victory in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals—this time in a case involving the American Federation of Government Employees union and the AFL-CIO.
The ruling halts a lower court’s order that would have compelled the Trump administration to disclose its federal workforce reduction plans to the union.

This development concerns case 3:25-cv-03698-SI. On July 22, 2025, the Ninth Circuit granted Trump an administrative stay, effectively pausing the district court’s directive to share reduction-in-force (RIF) plans with the union.
“There are so many cases against this administration! And while this may not be a high profile case, any win against these leftist federal labor unions is a big win for America.”
