Two shooters in Australia have been identified as terrorists who attacked Jews celebrating Hanukkah at Bondi Beach.
Former Prime Minister Tony Abbott commented, “The events at Bondi Beach are an absolute atrocity. A horror for the victims and a massive escalation of the hatred directed at Australia’s Jewish community. There should be no place in Australia for the kind of evil we’ve seen this evening. Thank God one bystander heroically intervened, showing the good side of our country. I am praying for all those affected at this time.”

U.S. Senator John Fetterman remarked, “After years of anti-Israel protests in Australia, at least 11 Jews were just gunned down at a Hanukkah event. Antisemitism is a rising and deadly global scourge. I stand and grieve with Israel and the Jewish global community.”
