Biden Blames Climate Change for Devastation Caused by Hurricane Helene

On Monday, President Joe Biden stated that the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, which has resulted in over 100 fatalities across the southeastern United States, was “absolutely” the result of climate change.

When asked by reporters in the Oval Office if climate change was responsible for the storm’s destruction, Biden responded, “Absolutely, positively, unequivocally, yes, yes, yes, yes.”
