President Donald Trump announced Friday that his administration is now able to move forward with a range of policies following a Supreme Court ruling that restricted the use of nationwide injunctions by lower courts.
Speaking from the White House briefing room alongside Attorney General Pam Bondi, Trump said the ruling paves the way for actions on birthright citizenship, funding restrictions, transgender procedures, and more.
“We can now probably file to proceed with these numerous policies and those that have been wrongly enjoined on a nationwide basis,” the president stated.
