Elon Musk recently shared explosive findings from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), suggesting that Democrats may be using entitlement fraud to encourage illegal immigration and increase the number of Democratic voters.
“Entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here,” Musk told Rogan.
He added, “If you end the illegal alien fraud, then you turn off that magnet, and they leave. And they stop coming, and the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if that happens, they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters.”
In Washington, DC, and several states, including Vermont, Maryland, and California, illegal aliens and noncitizens are allowed to vote in local elections, as federal law only prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections. However, documentary proof of citizenship is not required for voter registration, raising concerns about potential voting by millions in presidential and congressional races.
In New York, a lawsuit is underway in the state’s highest court to determine the constitutionality of a New York City law that would permit nearly one million noncitizens to vote in municipal elections. According to Ballotpedia, “On February 11, 2025, oral arguments began in the New York Court of Appeals, the state’s highest court, in an appeal of the lower court’s decision.”
Musk and the DOGE also revealed that millions of people aged 110 years or older were found in the Social Security database, raising questions about how many of these individuals—some older than the United States itself—are also voting in elections.
Musk shared these revelations during a three-hour interview on The Joe Rogan Experience, which aired on Friday.
During the interview, Musk stated, “Why is the Democrat propaganda machine so fired up to destroy me? The main reason is entitlements fraud—that includes like social security disability, Medicaid. Entitlements fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here.”
He continued, “Basically, if you pay people at a standard of living that is above 90% of Earth, then you have a very powerful incentive for 90% of Earth to come here and stay here. But if you end the illegal alien fraud, then you turn off that magnet, and they leave. And they stop coming, and the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if that happens, they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters.”
Rogan responded, “And if it didn’t happen, they would turn those people into voters, which they were trying to do?”
Musk replied, “Correct. They’re already turning them—in New York State, illegal aliens can already vote in state and city elections. A lot of people don’t know that. They’re trying to stop that, but it’s—currently, I think it’s like 600,000 are registered to vote—illegal aliens in New York.”
