Moreover, Ramaswamy put forward potential nominees for the U.S. Courts of Appeals, some of whom were previously featured on former President Donald Trump’s list. Furthermore, in his post, Ramaswamy made a point of differentiating himself from President Biden, emphasizing his approach to judicial nominations:
