The individual behind the recent attack on U.S. Attorney Alina Habba’s office in New Jersey has been apprehended.
U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrest on Saturday morning via X:
“Thanks to the great work of @FBI, @USMarshalsHQ, and @HSI_HQ, the suspect wanted in the attack on @USAttyHabba’s office is now in custody,” Bondi stated.

“No one will get away with threatening or intimidating our great US Attorneys or the destruction of their offices,” she added.
According to Fox News, the FBI identified the suspect as Keith Michael Lisa, a 51-year-old male from California, standing at 6 feet 3 inches tall, with brown and gray hair and brown eyes. He was deemed armed and dangerous.
Reports indicate that a man wielding a bat vandalized Habba’s office on Wednesday evening before fleeing the scene. The Gateway Pundit noted that security initially denied him entry, but he returned without the bat and was allowed inside. Once there, he reportedly yelled incoherently and damaged property, although it is unclear if he specifically threatened Habba.
In response to the incident, Habba took to X, stating, “I will not be intimidated by radical lunatics for doing my job.”
A significant manhunt was subsequently launched to locate and arrest the suspect.
